What can I buy on your webshop?
PENTATONE releases albums on CD, SACD and Vinyl, as well as in digital formats, namely WAV, FLAC Stereo or Surround, or DSD.
Physical Orders
Where is my shipment?
We are currently working on implementing a tracking system so you can easily follow the status of your order. In the meantime, all orders will be dispatched within 2 to 3 working days.
Where do you ship to?
We offer international shipping to many countries. Delivery times vary depending on your location. For orders within the EU, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Non-EU orders, it may take up to two weeks, depending on customs and other factors.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at the checkout before you complete your purchase. The final total depends on the shipping destination and the items in your order.
How do I change my delivery address?
While ordering:
During checkout, after entering your personal details, you’ll have the option to enter a different delivery address. Simply select this option and provide the new address information.
After placing your order:
If you’ve already completed your order and need to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to [email protected]. We will do our best to update your details before the order is shipped.
How do I cancel my order?
Before payment:
If you wish to cancel your order before completing the payment, you can reduce the quantity of the items to zero in your shopping cart, then click on “Update Cart” to remove the items.
After payment:
If you’ve already paid, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to [email protected]. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to cancel, and your banking details. We will do our best to cancel your order before it is shipped. Please note that we are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed and shipped.
Do you have a refund/return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on physical items such as CDs and vinyl records, unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly include a photo of the damaged product along with your order details. We will then arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for any other reason, including change of mind or incorrect orders. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Download Orders
Where can I find my downloads?
Your downloads are available in your account. Simply click on the account icon at the top right of the page. In the menu that appears on the left, you can expand the “Downloads” section to access your digital files.
How long will my digital files be accessible?
Your digital files will be available for one year from the date of purchase, accessible directly within your account on the platform. After this period, the downloads will no longer be available. We recommend downloading your files to your device as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience.
How do I cancel my order?
Before payment:
If you wish to cancel your order before completing the payment, simply reduce the quantity of the items to zero in your shopping cart, then click on “Update Cart” to remove them.
After payment:

How can I reset my password?
To reset your password, go to the login section (top right of the menu) and click on “Forgot Password?”. Enter your email address, then click “Reset Password”. Follow the instructions sent to your email to create a new password.
How can I remove my account?
To remove your account, please send an email to [email protected] with your request. We will process your request and remove your account as soon as possible.
